On the night of 11 November 2025, the enemy launched a massive attack on southern Odesa region with strike drones.
This was reported on Telegram channel by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.
Energy and transport infrastructure damaged
Despite the active work of air defence forces, civilian energy and transport infrastructure has been damaged. The strikes caused fires at several energy facilities, which were quickly extinguished by rescue workers. The "Ukrzaliznytsia" depot and administrative buildings were also damaged.
One person injured
According to preliminary information, unfortunately, one person suffered shrapnel wounds. Medical personnel provided the necessary medical assistance.
"Critical infrastructure in the region is running on generators, and emergency centres have been opened. Law enforcement agencies are documenting russia's latest war crimes against the civilian population of the Odesa region," said the head of the region.
