On Tuesday, 11 November, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Kherson.
The head of state wrote about this in a telegram, according to Censor.NET.

Earlier in the morning, Zelensky addressed Ukrainians on the occasion of the third anniversary of the de-occupation of Kherson.
"We remember that joy, those tears, those embraces. The gratitude you feel when you see your own return. The occupiers fled Kherson thanks to the strength of our people," the President wrote.
He also conferred state awards on service members and civilians who serve in Kherson and are bringing victory closer.
Liberation of Kherson
On 11 November 2022, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence reported that Kherson was returning to Ukrainian control.
