Shelling in the Donetsk region claimed the lives of three people, with seven more injured. On 12 December, the police recorded 1,790 Russian strikes along the front line and in residential areas.

Where did the enemy strike?
As noted, five settlements were under fire: the cities of Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, the village of Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, and the village of Yatsivka.
Fourteen civilian objects were destroyed, including five residential buildings.
Strikes on Kostiantynivka
The Russians struck Kostiantynivka with two KAB-250 bombs, artillery, and FPV drones, killing two civilians and injuring another. Two apartment buildings and a civilian car were damaged.
One person was killed in Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. Two private houses and a garage were damaged as a result of the shelling.
Druzhkivka under fire
The enemy launched 10 strikes with FPV drones on Druzhkivka, injuring six people and damaging eight civilian vehicles.
A private house was damaged in Pokrovsk.
The police and the Security Service of Ukraine have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
