Russian drones attacked Zaporizhzhia in the early hours of 16 December, causing a fire in a high-rise building.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
"In the early morning, the Russians attacked the regional centre with a drone. The 'shahed' strike caused a fire in a high-rise building," the post says.
Two people are known to have been injured: a man suffered shrapnel wounds and a woman was poisoned by carbon monoxide.

Later, Fedorov reported that as a result of the attack, apartments on two floors of a residential building were completely burned out.
"The fire broke out in four apartments. The residents of the high-rise building were evacuated by rescuers.
Rescue teams are still working at the scene," Fedorov said.
The National Police of Ukraine specified that three people were injured as a result of the Russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia.
"Police paramedics provided assistance to the victims at the scene. All emergency services are involved. Investigative and operational teams are recording the consequences of another war crime by Russia," the police said.
