Details
The 34-year-old former serviceman acted as an intermediary between the client and the potential perpetrator of the crime.
In early 2026, he received an offer to find someone to carry out the murder. The client promised US$100,000 for the job. The suspect then began looking for a perpetrator, approached an acquaintance and passed on the client’s contact details for direct communication.
From February to June 2026, he systematically incited the acquaintance to commit the crime. The intermediary was arrested on 18 June; the following day, the court ordered him to be remanded in custody.
It has been established that the client also transferred an advance payment of US$22,000 to a crypto wallet to prepare for the crime and provided the perpetrators with detailed information about the victim, his lifestyle and daily routine.
