Russian troops attacked a high-rise building in Izium, in the Kharkiv region, using a drone.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service, according to Censor.NET.

Details

One person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the enemy strike.

Building structures were also destroyed. A fire broke out. Cars were damaged.

Rescue workers extinguished the fire.
