Russia attacked Odesa region: ’Tabaky’ border crossing on border with Moldova has been damaged. PHOTO

On the night of 21 August, Russian drones attacked the Bolhrad and Izmail districts.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the State Border Guard Service.

"As a result of the attack, the infrastructure of the ‘Tabaky’ international border crossing on the border with Moldova was hit," the statement reads.

Buildings and structures at the border crossing point were damaged. Fires that broke out at the site were brought under control by staff from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"At present, no persons or vehicles are being allowed through the ‘Tabaky’ checkpoint. The Moldovan side has been informed of the situation," the State Border Guard Service noted.
