Early this morning, Russian occupying forces attacked Sloviansk with guided aerial bombs.

"Today, 26 August, at 04:20 a.m., the enemy carried out an air strike on Sloviansk. Explosions were heard in the city centre. It is likely that guided bombs were used," the statement reads.

Information regarding possible casualties is currently being ascertained.

It is known that on 25 August, the Russians killed one resident of the Donetsk region: in Sloviansk.
