Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have attacked the Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions using drones, artillery and aircraft. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, businesses, homes and civilian infrastructure have been damaged, whilst in the Kherson region, three people were killed and a further 17 were injured as a result of the enemy strikes.
This was reported by Censor.NET, citing data from the Regional Military Administration.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The enemy attacked four districts more than 20 times with drones and artillery.
- In the Nikopol district, the communities of Nikopol, Marganetska, Myrivska and Pokrovska came under attack. A business premises and a private home were damaged.
- In the Kryvyi Rih region, the enemy struck the Zelenodolsk community. Infrastructure was damaged.
- In Pavlohrad, a supermarket, a petrol station and garages were damaged.
- In the Synelnykiv district, Russian forces targeted the Mykolaiv community. A fire broke out.
As reported by the State Emergency Service, rescue workers have dealt with the aftermath of the Russian shelling.
Kherson region
Over the past 24 hours, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Komyshany, Pryozernoye, Sadove, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Ivanivka, Ingulets, Mykilsk, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Myrolyubivka, Nova Zoria, Beryslav, Rakivka, Urozhayne, Borozenske, Charivne, Sablukivka, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Bilyayivka, Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Novoraysk, Chervonyi Mayak, Tyahynka, Burgunka, Lviv, Mykolaivka, Odradokamyanka and the city of Kherson.
- Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas in the region’s settlements; in particular, they damaged six high-rise blocks and 14 private houses.
- The occupiers also damaged administrative buildings, utility structures, a minibus, trolleybuses, a refuse collection lorry and private cars.
"As a result of Russian aggression, three people were killed and a further 17 were injured," Prokudin said.
