“Truce” in Donbas: eight 122 mm howitzers of Russian terrorist troops spotted in Novoazovsk. PHOTOinvestigation
Censor.NET reports citing international volunteer community InformNapalm.
Between Sept. 18 and 23, 2016, at least eight units of 122 mm 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers were spotted in 17 kilometers from the demarcation line (according to the Minsk agreements, such artillery systems should have been withdrawn for at least 25 km from the contact line). In addition, two MT-LB units and 12 units of armored vehicles are seen on the photograph. Coordinates of the location are 47.110295, 38.049310.

InformNapalm volunteers have also conducted monitoring of satellite images of this area and received irresistible proof that in March 2016 there had been no equipment in the above location. The hardware was amassed between June and September of 2016.

Image of March 16, 2016. No hardware seen.

Image dated June 15, 2016. First units of artillery appear.

Image dated July 31, 2016. SPGs and hardware amassed.

Image dated Aug. 11, 2016. Weapons and hardware amassed.
The image dated late September shows eight 122 mm self-propelled guns. This case shows that the hardware has not been withdrawn, and Russian terrorist troops have created an entire self-propelled howitzer battery and one uncompleted launching platoon in 17 km from the demarcation line.
This is not the first case of Minsk accords violations by Russian militants. Earlier, InformNapalm volunteers recorded evidence from social media profiles of Russian mercenaries and published 'guides for OSCE' with coordinates of objects that needed more scrutiny. A recent hacking by Ukrainian hacktivists of 13 e-mail inboxes of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" military commandant offices revealed that Ukrainian forces strictly adhered to the cease-fire.
