As reported by Censor.NET citing Champion, Ukrainian rugby player Denys Zdorovets died in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area.
He was a disciple and representative of the Kyiv rugby school, a player of Aviator team until 2014.
Zdorovets also played for Ukraine's youth team in numerous competitions.
In August this year, 19-year-old Ukrainian soldier Vladyslav Kozarin died in the ATO area.
Roman Zozulia, a forward of Ukraine's national football team, addressed President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko witha request to award the title of Hero of Ukraine to the fallen warrior.
