Why don’t SSU and SBI stop supplying thousands of defective mortar mines to frontline?

Why don’t the SSU and the SBI stop the supply of thousands of defective mortar mines to the frontline and bring to justice the heads of enterprises and authorised persons of "Ukroboronprom", why don’t they detain military leaders who accept and transfer defective mines to the troops?
Defective 120 mm mortar mines produced by state-owned enterprises under the state ammunition production programme are being massively supplied to the frontline. The military is being forced to accept mines that pose a threat to our mortar operators.
The country's leadership and law enforcement agencies have not yet stopped this criminal scam, which requires the most rigorous response in times of war.
On 6 November, I posted a video from one of the military units about a batch of defective 120 mm mortar mines with unusable powder charges and fuses.
After my publication, this batch of mines was withdrawn from the army and an investigation was launched.
But now the mortar soldiers have provided me with a video of the lack of powder charges and fuzes in two other batches of 120 mm mortar mines produced by two Ukrainian companies, one of which is part of "Ukroboronprom".
These batches of mines have not been removed despite the first scandal.
A crime that is repeated because it goes unpunished.
The army is armed on paper, money is written off, but in reality they are left without weapons - this is a real sabotage.
The state programme for the production of ammunition has been partially disrupted because someone decided to supply the army with blank parts instead of quality components and quality production.
And now, instead of recalling the defective mines, investigating and arresting those responsible for this crime, someone continues to supply defective mines to the frontline, despite the scandal.
This should be the responsibility of those who plan, organise and control production - the management of the two state-owned enterprises, the management of "Ukroboronprom", and the management of the Ministry of Strategic Industries.
Also, the heads of military acceptance, who accepted thousands of defective mines into service and transferred them to the troops, should be immediately dismissed and held accountable, as well as the command of the Armed Forces Logistics Forces, which, instead of removing defective mines and organising proper quality control of ammunition, helps criminals to hide all traces and write off the defects by supplying them to the frontline.
Why haven't these people been sent to the infantry to hold the landing under the cover of the mines they allowed to be supplied to the army?
I appeal to the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief V. Zelenskyy to immediately stop the supply of defective mines to the frontline and bring to justice all those involved in a serious crime against the Ukrainian defence forces and the large losses caused to taxpayers.
