Prudent use of funds is necessary for survival and combat planning
To achieve success in modern combat, a commander must plan the key factors, the sequence of which determines the pace of the operation.
1. Money (security, drones, equipment)
2. People (discipline, skills, number)
3. Means of destruction
4. Organisation (how the unit works for the task)
5. Tactics (combat use)
Yes, money is the first and key factor that determines the pace of battle today. Money determines the intensity of the use of skilled people and equipment and the rapid adaptation of operational tasks to the available technological capabilities.
That is why all of our most effective unit and formation commanders are now those with business experience. They have experience of responsibility with money and people, experience of achieving results measured in money, experience of risk and investment. In the drone war, every military unit is an innovative startup.
Using units and subunits in the absence of a financial plan is negligent.
In 2022, the lack of financial planning for combat support was compensated by comprehensive and integrated volunteer assistance that reached almost every soldier, but the depletion of the economy and volunteer resources now requires centralised distribution of funds to military units and planning for financial support of combat units. This is to ensure that the money actually reaches those commanders who are most responsible for using technology and people on the battlefield.
Where they cannot plan the use of money, they will not be able to plan the use of people, and there is no point in talking about tactics. Budget losses due to the payment of 15 million for the dead and for the treatment of the wounded can only be avoided by planning finances for survival and combat.
