In Volyn, TCR workers take man on stretcher out of hospital and conscript him forcibly. Lubinets appealed to State Bureau of Investigation and prosecutor’s office. VIDEO The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, received an appeal from a woman from Volyn region who complained about employees of the Kovel City TCR and SS.
