President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy published a video from the site of a Russian GAB strike on a residential building in Kharkiv.
This was reported by Censor.NET.
"Russia has hit a nine-storey building in Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb. Unfortunately, there are victims, including children. There may be more people under the rubble. All necessary services are on the spot," the President noted.
Zelenskyy once again called on his partners to help Ukraine more decisively in the war against Russia.
"Our partners see what is happening every day. And in these circumstances, every decision they postpone means at least dozens or even hundreds of such Russian bombs against Ukraine. Their decisions are the lives of our people. Therefore, together we must stop Russia and do it with all possible force," Zelenskyy stressed.
