Occupiers hit multi-storey building in Kharkiv with GAB, 30 people were injured, 1 child died (updated)

Late on Wednesday evening, 30 October, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Preliminarily, the Russian invaders hit a high-rise building with a guided aerial bomb.
This was announced by the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, Censor.NET reports.
"We have preliminary information about a guided aerial bomb hitting a multi-storey building, there are victims," Terekhov wrote at 22:57.
The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, said that the fourth floor of the apartment block was hit.
"Preliminary - there are victims, including under the rubble," he wrote at 23:01.

At 23:11, Syniehubov reported that almost the entire entrance to the building had been destroyed by enemy GAB fire.
"A fire broke out at the place of arrival. Almost the entire entrance of the building was destroyed. Civilian cars were damaged. Rescuers are searching and extinguishing the fire," the official wrote.
As of 23:15, seven people are known to have been injured.
At 23:20, the mayor of the city Terekhov said that the number of victims had increased to 12.
"As of now, we have information about 12 victims. There may still be people under the rubble," the mayor said.
The enemy attack completely destroyed floors 6 to 1 of the 9-storey building.
At 23:29, Terekhov said that two of the injured were in serious condition - an 11-year-old child and a 22-year-old man.
"There are people trapped on the upper floors of the entrance. Work is underway to rescue them," the mayor wrote.
Terekhov also said that there was a child under the rubble of the high-rise building, and rescuers were trying to get him out.
Later, Syniehubov said that the number of injured had increased to 14, and that there were people under the rubble, and rescuers were trying to get them out.
At 23:48, Syniehubov said that the number of injured had increased to 17.
At 23:52, the mayor of the city Terekhov reported that there were 18 victims.
As of 00:14 on 31 October, 23 people were injured. Two remain in serious condition. Eight are in moderate condition, the rest have minor injuries.
Later, Oleh Syniehubov reported that one child had died. The number of victims increased to 29.
According to Ihor Terekhov, 30 people were injured.
