The footage shows Belarusian border guards "moving" the UAZ. The car did not start, despite the border guards' efforts, Censor.NET reports.

"A threat from Belarus! A drone of Ukrainian border guards recorded the movement of equipment near the border," the SBGS wrote, adding a video.
