Center of Nova Kakhovka, flooded by occupiers. VIDEO

A video showing the level of flooding of one of the central streets of Nova Kakhovka has been posted online.

According to Censor.NET, the footage shows an administrative building flooded up to the handle of the front door. A pair of swans swim past the entrance to the building. The Russian flag is still hanging on the flagpoles of the administrative building.
