A siren sounds in the Zaliznychny district of Voronezh, where a fire broke out at an oil depot.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Russian TV channels.

According to preliminary information, the oil depot could have been hit by a helicopter. Local residents report that there is fighting around the base.
