On 16 July, President of Ukraine delivered a video address to Ukrainians on day of adoption of Declaration of National Sovereignty.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported in Zelensky's official telegram.
The Ukrainian President said: "Our country will never give up its sovereignty. And this is already obvious to everyone in the world. No matter how bad the Russian terror is, we know that Ukrainian freedom will still survive, it will still win.
Every year, Ukraine will only get stronger and help other free nations to protect their sovereignty and build common security. Ukraine can do this. It can do so because the lines and words of our fundamental state documents are backed by the strength and determination of our people, millions of Ukrainians who see the will of our state as their personal will. When we celebrate Ukrainian freedom, Ukrainian sovereignty, and Ukrainian strength, we always honour our heroes - the various people who fought and are fighting for Ukraine and to whom we owe our freedom.
The security of our continent begins here - with the sovereignty and strength of Ukraine."
