A video of people in military uniforms near a minibus beating a man with their feet and striking him to the ground is being shared online. Another conflict occurred in the city of Shostka in Sumy region.

According to Censor.NET, the video is being shared on social media.

"The management of the Sumy Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS) established the fact of the conflict. Measures to clarify the circumstances of the incident are currently underway. The actions of the representatives of the Shostka TCR will be assessed accordingly," the Sumy Regional TCR and SS said.

The Sumy TCR noted that they recommend not to ignore the request of the military to present military registration documents.
