A video has been posted online in which a resident of the Russian city of Sudzha in Kursk Oblast allegedly describes his communication with the military who control the city.

According to Censor.NET, the Russian claims that a Ukrainian flag has been installed over the city council and notes that the city has not suffered significant damage.
