Border guards of the Kramatorsk detachment showed what Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region looks like today. The military say that the city is now nothing but ruins.

The corresponding video was published by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports. The video does not show any surviving buildings.
