In Sumy, a rescue operation is underway at the site of a Russian attack on a service station on 26 November, killing two civilians.
According to Censor.NET, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in a video message.
"The rescue operation is still ongoing at the site of the shelling of the service station in Sumy. Unfortunately, two people were killed. My condolences to their families and friends. There is probably another person under the rubble. A house and a nearby kindergarten were also damaged by the attack," he said.
According to him, it was a preliminary attack from a multiple rocket launcher system.
The only way to defend against this (Russian attacks - ed.) is to destroy Russian weapons and Russian launchers on Russian territory. That is why the ability to strike at Russian territory is so important to us. This is the only thing that can limit Russian terror and Russia's ability to fight in general," Zelenskyy concluded.
The Head of State thanked all partners who understand this and explain it to others.
