In a Chernivtsi dormitory, two minors were beating and mocking their 16-year-old neighbour.

According to Censor.NET, a recording made by one of the participants in the harassment was published online.

The video shows numerous punches and kicks, and humiliating words addressed to the victim. In between the harassment and beating, two teenagers are drinking something from tin cans.
