Soldiers of the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine repelled a massive assault by Russian invaders. The enemy suffered losses in manpower and equipment.
This was reported by the military brigades in Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
Ukrainian defenders said that every day Russian infantry tries to break through the defences by any means to gain a foothold in dilapidated buildings or basements, or to hide in landings.
Over the past few months, the enemy has lost a significant amount of armoured vehicles during massive assaults.
"Therefore, today the Russians are resorting to the massive use of cars, buggies and even electric scooters. All types of Russian vehicles, as well as their destruction, are captured on video," the military wrote.
In total, "Azov" fighters destroyed:
- 5 units of armoured vehicles;
- 8 vehicles;
- 63 Russians were eliminated;
- three abandoned electric scooters.
Earlier it was reported that the soldiers of the Khorne group of the 116th Mechanised Brigade showed how they destroyed a group of Russian invaders, having previously lured them into a trap.
