A video recording was published online in which a Russian man talks about the arrival of two cargo planes with "SMO (Special Military Operation) heroes" killed in Ukraine at Ulyanovsk airport.

According to Censor.NET, the Russian speaks of a record number of "KIA (killed in action)" - 180. According to him, 30 of them are residents of the Republic of Tatarstan.
