On 3 January, Russian invaders launched an air strike on the private sector of the city of Sumy.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported to the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

"Preliminary, there are no fatalities," the statement said.

Emergency rescue operations are underway. The victims are being provided with all necessary assistance, including medical care. The consequences of the Russian attack are being clarified.
