In Toretsk direction, soldiers of 28th Brigade eliminated Russian "camel" - unarmed occupier. VIDEO
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian troops destroyed another Russian "camel" - the name given to soldiers sent on suicide missions. Aerial reconnaissance men of the Gyurza unit spotted an occupier moving towards Ukrainian positions to deliver ammunition or other supplies to assault groups. He was eliminated by infantrymen of the 28th separate mechanised brigade.
"Camels" are soldiers who are not armed, but are equipped with bulletproof vests so that they can get as close to our positions as possible. Their mission is to leave mines, ammunition or radios there, which can then be used by the next assault groups of the occupiers. The camels themselves are considered disposable, and their rescue is not a priority for the Russian command.
The tactics of such attacks are partly adopted from the practice of the Wagnerians, who used similar methods earlier. However, with the widespread use of drones for aerial reconnaissance and fire control, such actions are becoming even less effective. The Ukrainian military quickly detects and destroys such soldiers.
This case is yet another proof that the Russian army continues to use its soldiers as expendable material, sending them to their deaths without any prospect of return.
