Zelenskyy: Russian missile strike destroyed part of city council building in Izium. VIDEO
Today, on 4 February 2025, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Izium, Kharkiv region.
This was announced in the telegram channel of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Censor.NET reports.
"Izium. The rescue operation is continuing after a Russian missile attack on the city. The attack destroyed part of the city council building. As of now, we know that there are casualties - 20 people are wounded. Unfortunately, five people were killed. My condolences to the families and friends. It is impossible to reconcile with this cruelty. We need to put pressure on Russia, use as much force as possible - the force of arms, the force of sanctions, the force of diplomacy - to stop terror and protect lives," the Head of State emphasised.
Earlier, an explosion was reported in Izium. Later, it became known that the ruscists hit Izium with ballistic missile: 5 people were killed, 24 injured.
