Dictator Putin is ready for talks with President Zelenskyy.

This was stated by Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov in a commentary to Russian propagandists, Censor.NET reports.

"Putin himself has repeatedly said that he would be ready to negotiate with Zelenskyy if necessary," he said.

According to him, the legal fixation of the agreements should be discussed taking into account the existing possibility of challenging Zelenskyy's legitimacy.

"As for the security architecture in Europe, of course, a comprehensive, long-term settlement is impossible without a comprehensive consideration of security issues on the continent," Peskov added.
