Representatives of the international humanitarian movement Red Cross provide condoms to Russian POWs held in Ukrainian camps.

According to Censor.NET, this is stated in an article by journalist Emma Antoniuk, who published an interview with prisoners of war and described the conditions of Russian detainees in one of the Ukrainian POW camps.

To improve conditions for the prisoners of war, the rules for daily camp formations have been adjusted. The Red Cross consistently reviews complaints from Russian detainees regarding their treatment. They have complained about the absence of Olivier salad on the camp menu and the lack of vitamins in the medical unit. The issue with vitamins has already been resolved.
