The occupiers are resorting to group self-mutilation to avoid death in "meat" assaults.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Russian prisoner of war from Udmurtia Sergey Maslov.

According to him, the groups agree with each other, move away and throw an RGD-5 grenade under them. They tried to use VOGs and even F-1s, but there is a much higher risk of serious injuries.

Maslov went to war against Ukraine in mid-2024 and managed to serve for seven months, after which he was captured by soldiers of the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade in Chasiv Yar on his second combat mission.
