War can end in decent peace this year, but security guarantees are needed - Zelenskyy. VIDEO

The war in Ukraine may end in 2025, but this requires security guarantees.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference in Finland, Censor.NET reports.

"I believe that this year the war can end in a decent peace, but (for this) we must have security guarantees for Ukraine. Otherwise, Putin will come again with war, and this has been his nature from the very beginning. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Putin's rule. In fact, every year he has either fought somewhere or destroyed the lives of other countries. We have to protect our nations from this," Zelenskyy said.

Earlier it was reported that Trump and Putin had agreed that the move towards peace would begin with a ceasefire on energy and infrastructure.

Late on Tuesday evening, 18 March, Russian invaders hit a healthcare facility in the city of Sumy with a "Shahed".
