Serviceman Pavlo Martseniuk sustained a severe mine-blast injury last year in the Pokrovsk sector. The soldier lost his eyesight as a result of the injury. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation and is waiting for facial prosthetics surgery.

Now he is trying out an app on his phone that helps him navigate, and thanks to the maps, he is learning to remember directions.
