Soldiers of the "Skala" regiment conducted a successful counter-offensive operation near Pokrovsk and established control over the village of Shevchenko.
According to Censor.NET, the operation was launched in early March and was divided into several stages. The Ukrainian soldiers described the details of the fighting in a special video.
"The SKALA regiment successfully conducted a combat operation near the village of Shevchenko in the Pokrovsk sector. As a result of the assault, enemy losses exceeded 1,100 killed and wounded. This forced the occupiers to stop their attack on Pokrovsk. Such a significant result was made possible by careful planning of the operation, high cohesion of the units and professional command of the SKALA regiment," the commentary to the video reads.
