Witkoff–Putin meeting begins in St. Petersburg. VIDEO

A meeting between Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has begun in St Petersburg, Russia.

According to Censor.NET, TASS reported this with reference to the Kremlin.

"Putin has started a meeting with Witkoff, the Kremlin said," the statement said.
