Ukrainian intelligence officers have released an intercepted telephone conversation in which a resident of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation talks about serious crimes committed by Russian servicemen against the civilian population.

According to Censor.NET, in the conversation, the man claims that in the village of Tavolzhanka, two soldiers killed two local residents, raped a woman and robbed them. According to him, one of the suspects was detained after attempting to flee.

The interlocutor also reports that one of the servicemen, who served in the rear in the Shebekino area, is a repeat offender with three convictions. According to him, such individuals avoid participating in combat operations by staying in rear units.
