In Russia, "SMO hero" relieves himself on apartment building wall in public: "What’s difference?!". VIDEO

A video has been posted online showing an "Special Military Operation (SMO) hero" relieving himself against the wall of a residential high-rise in one of Russia’s cities.

As reported by Censor.NET, the new Russian "elite" ignores passersby’s remarks and says "what’s the difference" where one goes to the toilet.
