Soldiers of 58th SMIB destroyed AGS position and underground shelter of occupiers in Kharkiv region. VIDEO
Ukrainian defenders continue to "haunt" invaders in northern Kharkiv region, using a wide arsenal of unmanned systems. According to Censor.NET, an effective operation to demilitarise the enemy was carried out by aerial reconnaissance officers and pilots of the 3rd Mechanised Battalion of the 58th SMIB.
The enemy periodically fired on Ukrainian positions with automatic grenade launchers (AGS), but aerial reconnaissance was able to locate not only the weapons themselves, but also the Russians' shelters.
Chronology of destruction:
-
Target detection: Thanks to the vigilance of the pilots, a carefully concealed AGS position under a camouflage net was found, as well as the entrance to a camouflaged shelter where the crew was hiding.
-
FPV kamikaze operation: Various types of FPV drones were the first to enter the battle. With skilful strikes, the pilots not only destroyed the grenade launcher itself, but also "took apart" the fortification. Judging by the powerful detonation, a significant stockpile of AGS ammunition was destroyed.
-
The final chord of "Baba Yaga": For the final elimination of the underground shelter, a heavy night bomber, which the occupiers fear and call "Baba Yaga," flew to the position. The drone levelled the enemy's "burrow" to the ground.
Why is this important?
The destruction of the AGS significantly facilitates the work of our infantry in this section of the front, as the enemy has lost the ability to conduct intensive harassing fire. The combination of light FPV and heavy night drones is a death sentence for any fortified point of the Russian Federation.
