Ukrainian defenders continue to methodically knock out Russian groups attempting to gain a foothold in the residential buildings of Kupiansk. According to Censor.NET, footage has appeared online of a successful close-quarters battle conducted by fighters from the 2nd Mechanised Battalion of the 41st Mechanised Brigade.
While checking the private sector, our soldiers discovered the presence of the enemy in one of the houses and carried out a lightning operation to eliminate the invaders.

Assault on the building: Three Ukrainian soldiers approached the target professionally, using the element of surprise.

Attempt to escape: The video captures the moment when one of the occupiers, realising the hopelessness of the situation, jumped out of a window of the building and tried to escape through the courtyard. However, his escape was short-lived — he was eliminated on the spot by accurate fire.

Result: During the sweep, both Muscovites hiding in the building were killed.
Significance of the operation:
The fighting in the private sector of Kupiansk is characterised by high intensity and short-range fire contact. The precise coordination of the 41st Brigade group allowed the enemy to be eliminated without any losses among our group.
