Fighters of the 2nd Battalion of the 101st Separate General Staff Guard Brigade carried out a sweep of enemy personnel in Kupiansk.

As Censor.NET reports, during search-and-strike operations, a group of occupiers was detected in the basement of one of the buildings.

Ukrainian defenders tried to establish verbal contact with the enemy and offered them the chance to surrender. The offer was ignored, and no one came out of the basement.

As the next step, engineer munitions, TM mines, were used against the enemy.

"Judging by the fact that the enemy was addressed in English, it can be assumed that a group of mercenaries refused to surrender," the caption to the published video says.
