President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine cannot have a positive attitude toward the regime in Iran, because it was Tehran that trained Russia to kill Ukrainians using "shaheds."
He made this remark during a press conference in Madrid, according to Censor.NET.

Zelenskyy noted that since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukraine has tried to contact the Iranian regime to get Tehran to stop supplying weapons to Russia.
"Apart from shipments of Shahed drones, they trained them to attack our people. They then supplied other weapons: artillery, missiles and so on. After all this, the Iranian side said there would be no more supplies, but they handed over licences to them (the Russians) and helped build two large drone manufacturing plants.
Today, Russia has reached the point where it deploys 350–500 drones during a massive attack in a single night," he explained.
Zelenskyy also noted that Ukraine had experienced a blackout.
"Achieving a blackout in this war was only possible through attacks on the energy infrastructure. And it was Iranian ‘Shahed’ drones and ballistic missiles that carried out those attacks on the energy infrastructure.
We can have nothing positive to say about a regime that did all this to our country. But they taught the Russians how to kill us, specifically using attack drones. And we shared our expertise on how to defend ourselves with the countries of the Middle East. That’s a different approach," he concluded.
