Terrible truth about 2022: West was preparing to hand over Baltic states and Ukraine || Uncensored. VIDEO

Latvian outlet BS has dissected the fresh memoirs of Jens Stoltenberg, the former NATO secretary general, and come to some interesting conclusions.

This big fish, who avoided quarrels and built his career that way, was negotiating with Sergei Lavrov in the autumn of 2021 about handing the Baltic states over to Russian influence.

In autumn 2021, he met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. During the conversation, he proposed discussing the Kremlin’s idea of creating a ‘buffer zone’.

Poland and the Baltic states categorically objected to any concessions. However, the Secretary General ignored their concerns and was prepared to roll the security architecture back to the 1997 lines. That would have meant the effective disarmament of NATO’s eastern flank.

  • This included, in particular, the potential withdrawal of Alliance forces to the 1997 lines — a demand Moscow had been persistently pushing.
