President Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded the ‘Golden Star’ orders to Heroes of Ukraine Andrii Biletskyi and Eduard Kolodii, and presented other state honours to soldiers taking part in the Oleksandrivka operation.
The Head of State announced this on social media, according to Censor.NET.
Awards and gratitude for defending the state
The President thanked the military for defending the state on the most challenging fronts, wherever there are Ukrainian roots.
"The enemy always wants to erase everything Ukrainian, because our history is longer than any Russian aggression and any history in Moscow. And we must fight for this. I am grateful to the soldiers for their service and for the strength thanks to which we are preserving our independence," said Zelenskyy.

It was previously reported that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine’s positions in the Donetsk region would be reinforced thanks to two re-organised units, commanded by Prokopenko and Biletskyi.
