Footage published online shows Russians filming long queues at petrol stations in Moscow at around 2 a.m.

According to Censor.NET, residents of the Russian capital formed an extremely long queue at a petrol station, but the operator warned that the petrol pumps would be shut off within minutes.

"The Hunger Games at Moscow petrol stations at night," local residents said, describing the situation.
