In the Mykolaiv region, border guards, in collaboration with the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) and the National Police, have uncovered a network involved in the illegal smuggling of conscripts to Romania. For €10,000, the organiser hid his ‘clients’ in a specially fitted compartment under the roof of a minibus.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the State Border Guard Service.

In the Mykolaiv region, border guards, together with the SBU and the National Police, have uncovered a network illegally smuggling conscripts into Romania via routes bypassing official border crossings.
A 44-year-old resident of Chernivtsi charged €10,000 for his services and hid his "clients" in a specially fitted compartment above the seats of the minibus.
- The organiser was detained whilst transporting one of the "clients".
- During searches, a car, a mobile phone, forged documents, cash and other evidence were seized.
- He was informed that he is suspected of committing a criminal offence.
