Captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Bohdan Ryzanych was killed in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone on April 3.

The soldier had been working in Ivano-Frankivsk city hospital for many years. On February 2017 he joined the army and served as a head of the medical unit of the battalion in the 44th artillery brigade.
The 55-year-old soldier got a gunshot wound near Lysychansk in the Luhansk region. The circumstances of his death are still being clarified.
Bohdan Ryzanych was buried at the Walk of Fame of Ivano-Frankivsk city cemetery.
