Russia did not invade Ukraine, - Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia did not attack Ukraine.

As Censor.NЕТ  reports citing the ВВС.

"You know, we did not invade Ukraine. We declared a special military operation when we had no way to explain to the West that dragging Ukraine into NATO was a criminal act," Lavrov said.
