Cabinet of Ministers approved State Anti-Corruption Program

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the State Anti-Corruption Program.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Censor.NET informs.
He called this program a key tool for implementing the Anti-corruption Strategy 2021-2025. The program contains measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of the system of preventing corruption in various spheres of public life, forming a negative attitude towards corruption in society and ensuring inevitable responsibility for corruption."
"We understand that such an important document should remain alive, open to suggestions and additions. Therefore, we will work with the parliament, with other stakeholders, with the heads of anti-corruption bodies," Shmyhal said.
He reminded that today the Competition Commission for the election of the Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau identified and submitted its proposals to the CMU regarding the three finalists for the selection for the post of Director of the NABU.
"So the government will approve the director of the bureau at the next meeting," Shmyhal added.
